Curbside Collection Program
Concord’s curbside collection program is fee funded. Tax dollars do not support the program. The Town contracts with Waste Management for residential trash & recycling collection. To receive weekly trash and recycling collection, residents can subscribe to the Town’s curbside collection programo via mail or delivery in person to Black Box at 22 Monument Square - See subscription application.
Subscribers pay a semi-annual subscription fee and a disposal fee (Disposal Tags & Barrel Stickers).
Disposal tags and barrel stickers can be purchased online and at retail establishments.

|April 1, 2021 -September 30, 2022||$161 for 6-months||$1.80 per disposal tag or $46.80 for a 6-month barrel sticker|
