Tax Classification Hearing - Monday. Nov. 18 at 6 PM

UPDATE:  Please find meeting details on the Select Board Meeting agenda.  Meeting includes a joint meeting of the Finance Committee, Select Board, School Committee at 6 PM.  Assessors presentation for the Tax Classification Hearing begins at 7:15 PM. 

The Select Board will hold a public hearing to determine the allocation of the FY 2025 tax levy among the four classes of real property and of personal property. The tax policy decisions include a split tax rate, an open space discount, a residential exemption, and the small commercial exemption. The Board of Assessors presentation will be available on the town’s website www.concordma.gov.

Public comment may be submitted prior to the hearing in writing to the Select Board and/or orally at the hearing.

Sometime following the Classification Hearing the Select Board will vote on these tax policies for FY 2025.
