What is the Warrant?

The Town Meeting warrant is the list of actions (articles) that Town Meeting will vote on at the annual meeting on April 29, 2024 at 7 PM at Concord-Carlisle High School. Town Meeting continues the next night until all articles are voted upon.  

As a resident of Concord, the issues presented in the Town Meeting warrant are all decisions which affect you.  The 2024 warrant consists of 53 articles which pertain to the municipal budget, school budget, capital budget, enterprise funds, bylaws, and citizen petitions.  The citizen petitions in this spring's warrant address various aspects of the the Town Meeting process, and cell towers. Review the warrant on-line or when you receive the hard copy by mail.  

Who votes at Town Meeting?

Any registered Concord resident may vote at Town Meeting.  The last day for unregistered residents to register to vote at the Annual Town Meeting is Friday, April 19, 2024 at 5:00 PM. 

What are the ATM Public Hearings?

Public Hearings for Town Meeting provide residents an opportunity to learn about and make improvements to articles of interest. All Public Hearings listed below will be held in a hybrid meeting format at the Town House, Public Hearing Room (2nd Floor), 22 Monument Square and via Zoom.
