My Life, My Quit: Free resource to help youth quit vaping. Teens can call or text “start my quit” to 1.855.891.9989 or they can visit www.mylifemyquit.com for real-time coaching. Through the program, teens work with a coach who listens and understands their unique needs, provides personalized support, and helps them build a quit plan to become free from nicotine.
SmokeFreeTeen: The website teen.smokefree.gov has great information and resources to help someone quit tobacco products, including online chat and an app. You can also enroll in a texting program. Text QUIT to iQUIT (47848) for cigarettes or SPIT to 333888 for chewing tobacco. Sponsored by the US Department of Health and Human Services.
