The Renee Garrelick Concord Oral History Program began in 1977 under the auspices of Concord Historical Commission. In the decades since, the collection has grown to include nearly 500 interviews with Concord Residents. Until recently, this collection was expertly managed by Concord Free Public Library Special Collections staff; however, it is now being transitioned to the Town of Concord Archives Digital Repository. Special Collections will continue to provide access to the Collection, and we hope this additional access point only allows for more interest and use of the Collection. The tables below list the date, interviewee, and interviewer in chronological order and provide links to the audio files as well as any transcripts and/or summaries that exist. Please note that the transcripts are a work in progress, if you are interested in lending editorial support, please contact the Municipal Archivist.
