Nicole earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from University of Colorado, Boulder, and her master’s degree in social work from Salem State University in Salem, MA. Nicole began her social work career working in child welfare and has since worked with a wide population including emotionally and behaviorally challenged children, foster and adoptive families, and hospital patients. More recently, Nicole has greatly enjoyed working with older adults. She has been working at the Council on Aging since 2019. Nicole lives in Concord with her husband and two daughters.
