The Town of Concord’s Dog Bylaw requires that a dog be under an owner’s control at all times. Dogs are not allowed in the Town’s Cemeteries except on a leash. All dogs over the age of 6 months must be licensed annually. Proof of rabies vaccination is required. The cost of a license is $15, with an additional $25 late fee if not licensed by March 31.
