[ARCHIVED] The Official 2020 Town Government Survey

The Official 2020 Town Government Survey will be mailed to every Concord household beginning on Monday, November 23rd. It contains 46 questions and should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. The answers you supply provide direct insight into what you, and your family, want for Concord going forward. This year's survey also includes questions which relate specifically to services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Questions range from “What local issue would you say is the highest priority for you?” to “How satisfied are you with the availability of Town Staff and services throughout the pandemic?” Results from the survey will greatly assist the Town in analyzing and prioritizing programs and services provided to residents.

The Town would like to encourage residents to take the survey online using the PIN provided to you in the paper survey mailed to your home. Thank you in advance to all who take the survey. For any questions or additional information, please contact Erin Stevens, Public Information and Communications Manager, at 978-318-3000 or estevens@concordma.gov.
