Concord Town Officials are aware and closely monitoring Tropical Storm Isaias and are in close contact with the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) for impacts to Concord. Based on the current available information we believe that wind will be the primary issue for Concord. At this time, there is no plan to open the shelter at Harvey Wheeler Community Center. If the need does arise, the shelter will open with COVID-19 safety precautions in place.
We encourage our community to prepare for all weather events and take them seriously, in the event of a power outage we ask community members to utilize the CMLP outage map. We ask that 911 only be used for emergencies.
