Biennially, the Town of Concord conducts an anonymous survey of its residents to determine how they feel about the programs and services provided by the Town government. On November 14, the approximately 7,000 households in Concord will receive a copy of the survey. To be counted in the results, residents should complete this survey process by Friday, December 2. Respondents are asked to please submit their survey response as soon as possible. The Town would like to encourage all respondents to take the survey online, as this will greatly expedite the data collection process.

The link to the survey is can be found in the paper packet sent each individual household. Once you've reached that site, you will need the specific PIN number that you will also find in the packet of information.
