The Concord Board of Health is considering significant revisions to its current Regulation regarding the “Sale of Tobacco Products and Nicotine Delivery Products”.
The proposed regulation would prohibit the sale of all flavored tobacco and vaping products, including mint and menthol flavors; and would require that all tobacco and vaping products be sold only in stores where entrance to the store is limited to adults over age 21.
Public Hearings on the proposed regulation will be held at Board of Health meetings on Monday, November 18, 2019 and December 16, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., 141 Keyes Road – 1st Floor Hearing Room, Concord MA. Residents are welcome to attend these public meetings. At the hearing, attendees and/or affected parties will be given an opportunity to be heard, present written comments or documentary evidence for the public record.
Written comments may also be submitted to the Concord Health Division at 141 Keyes Road, 2nd Floor, Concord MA 01742
