[ARCHIVED] West Concord Junction (WCJ) Cultural District Committee surveys

The West Concord Junction (WCJ) Cultural District Committee has launched three surveys seeking input from artists/creatives, West Concord business and property owners and Concord residents at large. The purpose of the survey is to develop a better understanding of the role of artists/creative businesses in our community and solicit ideas on what can be done to support them, and by extension, the businesses in West Concord Village. The survey is available on line now through midnight of Monday, April 15th. A link to the resident survey is available here: https://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/4907496/West-Concord-Residents-Survey

Following up on the survey, there will be an Open House hosted by the WCJ Cultural District Committee on Tuesday, April 23rd from 4:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Wheelhouse at Bradford Mill (33 Bradford St., West Concord). The Open House will provide a forum for exploring strategies that can support an active and affordable artist/creative community in West Concord Village and hear about the WCJ Cultural District Committee’s work. Preliminary survey results will also be previewed by McCabe Enterprises, consulting specialists in strategic community planning & economic development.

West Concord Artists/creatives and Business and property owners interested in completing a survey can email Director Marcia Rasmussen at mrasmussen@concordma.gov for more information and links to the survey specific to their interest.

This effort is being funded through a generous grant provided by the MassCultural Council matched by the Town of Concord.
