[ARCHIVED] Town Manager Search Committee Public Forums

After 28 years, Chris Whelan, Concord’s Town Manager, will be retiring. The Town Manager Search Committee has begun the process of finding a replacement and wants your input.

The committee has hired the consulting firm of Municipal Resources, Inc.(MRI) to assist the committee with this process. They have significant experience in assisting town searching for Town Managers and other senior personnel.

Please join us at one of our upcoming public forums to share your thoughts on the personal attributes and professional skillsets you think are important for Concord’s next town manager.  We would also like to hear about any challenges, particularly those not already identified in the Town’s “Envision Concord- Bridge to 2030” report that you believe will be important for the new town manager to address.

Please join us for one of the following Public Forums:

Tuesday, January 15 at 7 p.m. in the Town House Hearing Room

Wednesday, January 16 at 8 a.m. in the Conference Room at 55 Church Street

Wednesday, January 16 at 1 p.m. in the Common Room at Harvey Wheeler Community Center
