Traffic Advisory: On Thursday, October 4th & Friday, October 5th, 2018 from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, weather permitting, contractors for Concord Public Works will be performing tree maintenance work on Upland Road.
On Thursday, October 4th, road closures with detours will be in place on Upland Road between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM while the work is taking place. Pine Street to Harrington Avenue is expected to be closed from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Pine Street to Old Marlboro Road is expected to be closed from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. See Detour in Link Below
On Friday October 5th, Traffic will be limited to a single lane with an alternating traffic pattern while the work is taking place. Motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists are encouraged to seek alternate routes as delays can be expected.
