[ARCHIVED] Talliers Needed for Election Days

The Town Clerk’s Office seeks Talliers for 1 – 2 hours after the polls close on election evenings (including September 4th State Primary) from 7:45 until 9:00pm (depending on voter turnout) to assist with poll closing tasks such as sorting ballots to look for write-ins and tallying write-ins as well as other closing related tasks. A Training session will be held on September 1st at 2:00pm in the Hearing Room of the Town House.

Interested voters are encouraged to submit an Election Officer Application for Appointment: http://concordma.gov/DocumentCenter/View/15589/Election-Officer-Application-for-Appointment . State Law allows up to two 16 or 17 year olds to work at the polls as well.
