[ARCHIVED] Free Parking Saturdays in December

The Town of Concord Select Board voted to allow free Saturday parking at all meters and PayByPhone for the month of December. Free parking will be available on December 2^nd, December 9^th, December 16^th, December 23^rd, and December 30^th. The free parking does not apply to commuter parking.
