A $2.00 Recycled Paper Rebate was credited to program re-subscribers on the Fall 2017 curbside bills in recognition of their outstanding efforts in Recycling. The Curbside Collection Program enjoyed a strong paper revenue return as part of the Town’s revenue share agreement with its solid waste partner, Waste Management on the volume of recycled paper collected from Concord residents participating in the program.
