On Monday, September 11th and on Tuesday, September 12th from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, weather permitting, a contractor working for Concord Public Works will be removing nine hazardous trees on Lowell Road between house numbers 536 and 1710. To minimize the impact to traffic, work will begin in the northern section of Lowell Road each morning and will progress south. The map in the link below shows the locations of the tree removals.

Traffic will be limited to a single lane with an alternating traffic pattern while the work is taking place. Motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists are encouraged to seek alternate routes as delays can be expected.
