Concord Public Works to host Second Annual Bicycle Giveaway for Concord Residents - Concord Public Works is excited to announce a bicycle event for Concord residents which it is hosting on Wednesday, June 21st, at the Public Works Facility located at 133 Keyes Rd. from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM, on a first arrive, first choose basis. The bike giveaway will include bicycles that were collected at the spring and fall DropOff events through the generosity of Concord residents. An official pass is required to receive a bike; the pass is free of charge.
