Traffic/Construction Advisory – Lowell Road Culvert Replacement Project – Beginning Monday, May 22, 2017

Please be advised that Concord Public Work’s contractor for the Lowell Road Improvement Project, Revoli Construction, will begin construction on Monday, 5/22/2017.  The first stage of the project will involve the deployment of erosion control and construction staging, followed by the installation of a new drainage pipe network (From the intersection of Lowell Road with Westford Road and Lindsay Pond Road).  The second stage of construction will consist of the removal and replacement of an existing fieldstone box culvert with a pre-cast concrete culvert structure.  The expected duration of this project is two months, weather permitting.  There will be alternating traffic lanes during the project, please proceed with caution. Expect localized delays near the construction area and seek alternate routes, if possible.
