The Tax Relief Evaluation Task Force (TRETF) survey explores how rising housing costs, especially residential property taxes, impact both renters and homeowners in Concord—whether it changes how affordable housing feels and whether these costs may lead residents to move out of Concord. By sharing your experience, the TRETF will be able to build a more complete picture of housing cost burdens in Concord in a March 2026 report to the Select Board.
