A message from the Concord Municipal Light Plant:

To help protect households during the colder months, the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities has extended the Winter Shut-Off Moratorium for Electric customers.

 What this means for the community:

• From November 1, 2025, through April 1, 2026, your electric service cannot be shut off for non-payment.
• This extension helps ensure that customers have time to apply for energy assistance programs, especially with delays in federal funding.

We encourage all customers to continue making payments, to avoid large balances.  If you're having trouble paying your bill, please contact CMLP at 978-318-3101 to discuss your options.    For additional information on assistance options, please review the Community Services page.
