VOTER INFORMATION
You need to reapply for a vote by mail ballot every year!
Friday, March 28, 2025: Voter Registration Deadline at 5:00pm
- In person voter registration at the Town Clerk’s Office until 5:00pm
- Mail-in voter registrations must be postmarked by March 28, 2025
- Register to vote online at: Online Voter Application
Tuesday, April 1, 2025: Vote by Mail Application Deadline at 5:00pm
- Apply in person at the Town Clerk’s Office until 5:00pm
- Mailed vote by mail applications must be received by 5:00pm on April 1st
- You may email your completed and signed vote by mail application to townclerk@concordma.gov
- You may also email a photo of a signed note with your name, address, date of birth and request for a vote by mail ballot to townclerk@concordma.gov

- If you miss the vote by mail application deadline, you may still vote absentee in person at the Town Clerk’s Office until 12:00pm on April 7th
Friday, April 4, 2025: The Town Clerk’s Office will be open until 4:30 for in person absentee voting
Saturday, April 5, 2025: The Town Clerk’s Office will be open from 10:00am until 2:00pm for in person absentee voting
Monday, April 7, 2025: In person absentee voting at the Town Clerk’s Office ends at 12:00 noon
Tuesday, April 8, 2025: Election Day!
- Polls are open from 7:00am until 8:00
- Vote-by-mail ballots must be received by the Town Clerk’s Office no later than 8:00pm on April 8th

Monday, March 31, 2025: Dog Licensing Grace Period Ends
Tuesday, April 1, 2025: $25 late fee per family for dog license renewals
