APPLICATIONS may be obtained at the Concord Housing Authority at 34 Everett St. Concord, MA 01742.  If you would like to have an application mailed to you, or if you have any questions, please call our office at 978-369-8435. 

You can also access the application on our website at https://www.concordha.org. If you are a person with a disability, you have the right to request a reasonable accommodation. Applications for people with disabilities will be mailed or sent electronically upon request made to the CHA and submission of such applications by mail or electronically will be allowed as noted above. Failure to apply for this new PBV list will have no effect on current selections for any other CHA wait lists. Translation services provided upon request.

Applications will be ranked on the wait list by date and time of application and in accordance with established preference categories.
