The Town of Concord is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Bulger as the new Director of the Concord Municipal Light Plant (CMLP). Bulger, who has served as interim director since January, brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to the CMLP's mission, including as the Chief Technology Officer for the Town of Concord.

Following a rigorous search process, Bulger was selected from a highly competitive pool of both internal and external candidates. "We were impressed by the quality and experience of the applicants," said Town Manager Kerry Lafleur. "I want to thank everyone who participated in the search, especially those who served on our interview panels."

Bulger's leadership will focus on driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening the CMLP's connection with the community. "Under Jason's direction," Lafleur continued, "we are confident in our ability to enhance our responsiveness to the community's needs and remain a trusted partner in achieving sustainability and clean energy goals."
