In an effort to minimize traffic disruption during the commuting week, CPW’s paving contractor, Lazaro Paving will be conducting the paving of Walden St on Saturday July 27th, 2024. The paving work will continue Monday July 29th until complete.
One way traffic will be maintained during the paving operation. Inbound traffic from Rt 2, heading toward the downtown area will be maintained. However, outbound traffic will be detoured at Everett St around the work zone. Rt 2 access will be via Everett St to Sudbury Rd, or Lexington Rd to Cambridge Turnpike.
Heavy equipment will be present and operational. Access to all properties will be maintained, however, please expect minor delays near construction crews performing the work.
