Age-Friendly Business Program - Survey
Concord's Age-Friendly Business Program is part of a year-long effort by the Town of Concord with the Metropolitan Area Planning Council to boost economic vitality and expand accessibility and inclusion within Concord’s business districts for older customers. The program had its formal kick off with an energetic gathering at the Senior Center on February 15th with about two dozen community members in attendance. After reviewing the work plan and goals the group refined a survey. The survey is for people aged 60 or older who live or shop in Concord to share details about their experiences at businesses and other public places in town.
Data collected through this survey will help the Town of Concord create a Guidebook for local businesses, storefronts, and other public buildings, showcasing how physical spaces, customer service and business operations can be more welcoming of people of all ages and abilities.
