Trunk or Treat

The Concord Recreation Department is hosting the annual Trunk or Treat event on Sunday, Oct. 29, 2023 in the Beede Parking Lot from 2 - 3:30 PM. Show off your costume at a fun, free, family-friendly afternoon. https://www.concordrec.com/1453/Trunk-or-Treat

Halloween - October 31, 2023

Trick-or-Treat in Concord is observed on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 from the suggested hours of 5 PM - 8 PM.

Here are some tips on how to be safe and seen this Halloween:

Trick or Treaters

Wear reflective tape, use glowsticks, or carry a flashlight
Use sidewalks where possible
Walk house to house
Cross at corners
Go in a group
Go to homes with lights on

Motorists

Pay attention and put your phone down - NO TEXTING, TALKING, OR TAKING PICTURES while driving!
Slow down
Watch for children walking on roadways, medians and curbs
Enter and exit driveways and alleys carefully
At twilight and later in the evening, watch for children in dark clothing
