The primary goal of the law is to have a zoning district near transit that allows multi-family housing (3 or more units) by right at a minimum of 15 units per acre. The first step is determining WHERE we think it would be appropriate to allow multi-family housing by right (meaning without a special permit, variance, etc.)

The survey asks some general questions to guide where such zoning might be appropriate. This is followed by a link to a mapping survey where you can drop pins on various locations you think would be appropriate. You can also provide your thoughts on specific locations in writing.
