Due to a potential issue with one of our key pieces of equipment, Concord Broadband will be replacing a piece of hardware at our primary data center at approximately 1am on Saturday, January 21th, 2023. This will impact all Broadband customers and their ability to reach the internet while the cables are moved. Although the expected impact is only a minute or two, it is possible there will be a period of about 30 minutes of intermittent connectivity while the equipment relocated and tests are performed.
Note: This work was scheduled to take place on 1/7/2023, but the hardware vendor could not meet all prerequisites, so the full list of maintenance actions did not take place at that time.
