[ARCHIVED] Concord Broadband services restored for all customers

Concord Broadband has restored service to all impacted customers. Should you still have an issue, please contact us at broadband@concordma.gov or call our helpdesk at 978-318-3199.

We apologize to the customers who were impacted and will publish information about this incident in coming days as we continue to work with our hardware vendor to identify the root cause.
