Concord Broadband Maintenance – Early AM on Thursday, June 2nd, 2022
Concord Broadband has enlisted the services of the manufacturer of all hardware in customers’ homes and networking equipment that provides a path to the internet to perform software upgrades to the latest stable releases. The vendor has told us to expect two brief outages for each customer: one (under 1 minute) for the ONT upgrades for devices in customers’ homes, and one longer one (under 20 minutes) for the card on each device at our operation centers that provides internet service.
The work will take place overnight between the late hours of Wednesday, June 1st, and early hours of Thursday, June 2nd, and not all customers will be affected at the same time. Individual cards will be rebooted sequentially to lessen the impact on all customers.
