Concord Broadband Maintenance at 1am on Saturday, April 30, 2022
At approximately 1am on Saturday, April 30th, Network Engineers will be performing maintenance on the equipment that handles internet traffic for Broadband customers and the Town of Concord. This maintenance is required due to a software issue confirmed by our vendors, and it will keep our network operating optimally and without future interruption.
Upon completing the upgrade, the equipment will be rebooted. While we have resilient hardware that can automatically fail over, there will likely be a small windows (less than 10 minutes) when internet traffic may stop flowing or slow down enough to notice. There is no need to contact our helpdesk if your internet is impacted during this maintenance window. Service will resume as normal as soon as the equipment powers on.
