[ARCHIVED] COA Booster Clinics

The COA will partner with West Acton Pharmacy again to offer a 2nd Covid booster (4th shot) to Concord seniors over 60.

The Moderna clinic will be on Thursday, April 21st from 1:00 -4:00pm and you can register here: https://concordma.gov/moderna

There will be a Pfizer clinic on Tuesday, May 3rd from 1:00-3:00pm.  You may register here:  https://concordma.gov/pfizer
