The Concord Council on Aging (COA) in partnership with the West Concord Pharmacy will be offering Concord residents age 65 and over who had their second dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine at least six months ago the opportunity to receive a booster shot on November 16th and December 2nd, each from 1-4pm.
If you are a Concord resident and over the age of 65 and interested in receiving a booster shot of the Moderna vaccine, please click here or on the link below to sign up, please note that appointments are available on a first come first serve basis. People who are unable or uncomfortable using the internet may call the COA at 978-318-3020 and staff will help with the process of signing up.
We encourage residents to reach out to their primary care physician and visit the State’s vaccine finder website vaxfinder.mass.gov to see about getting vaccinated at one of the many other vaccination locations the State has set up.
