On the third and final night of Annual Town Meeting, Wednesday April 10th, Town Meeting took up the final  pre-scheduled Affordable Housing Article 26, which passed. In addition, Town Meeting passed articles 11, 12, 13, 15, 19, 20, 22, 27, 28, 29, 30, 35, 39, 43, and 44.

Article 16 failed after a counted vote resulting in a vote of 139 in favor and 151 opposed. Article 18 was not taken up and no action was declared.
