Fiscal year 2018 property tax information is available in the Treasurer’s Office for those taxpayers wanting to pay their taxes before the end of the calendar year. Property owners may obtain the information by calling the Treasury division at 978-318-3050 or emailing collector@concordma.gov

Online payments may be submitted at https://unipaygold.unibank.com/customerinfo.aspx While the Town online payment system will indicate the amount due through February 1, 2018 (FY18 third quarter), the amount of your payment can be edited to include the balance due through May 1, 2018 (FY18 fourth quarter).. Payments made in advance of the due dates are limited to the tax amount due through May 1, 2018.

The actual tax bill will be mailed to property owners by December 31, 2017.
