[ARCHIVED] FDA Recall Notice: ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula

FDA recalls ByHeart Infant Formula

Be advised, the FDA is advising parents and caregivers not to buy or feed any ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula and Anywhere Pack products to infants.  As of November 18, 2025 there were no confirmed cases of infant botulism in Massachusetts.  Please see the notice by the Great Meadows Public Health Collaborative for more information on infant botulism and images of the recalled formula.
