Service Impacting Maintenance Window - 8/13/2025 from 3-6am

Between 3-6am on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, Concord Broadband will be migrating networks to new equipment. This move will result in a 10-fold bandwidth capability from 10Gb/s to 100Gb/s and create a more resilient design to serve our customers. While the maintenance window is 3 hours long, we expect only brief interruptions as services are relocated. 

We will monitor utilization before and after the circuit is moved to new equipment to ensure all customers have full connectivity.
