The dotted line that intersects the Town shows the House of Representatives District division in Concord.  Precincts 1, 2, and 5 remain in the 14th Middlesex District, while precincts 3 and 4 are now in the 13th Middlesex District.  Redistricting changes only affect state primaries and state elections.

**Voter Information Mailing Correction (8/8/2025)

The “yes” vote statement under Question 2 incorrectly stated the estimated cost impact per household.

The correct estimate is $27.10/year/household or $271 per household over 10 years.  Voters who have already voted and wish to change their vote based on the corrected information must request in writing that their ballot be spoiled and a new ballot be mailed. Signed requests should be directed to the Town Clerk’s Office (978-318-3080) in person, by email: townclerk@concordma.gov, or by drop box or mail: 22 Monument Square, Concord, MA 01742.

FRI, AUG 8Voter registration deadline at 5:00pm
TUE, AUG 12Vote by mail application deadline at 5:00pm
MON, AUG 18In person absentee voting deadline, 12:00pm


In-person absentee voting is now available at the Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours and will continue until Monday, August 18th at 12:00pm.

Debt Exclusion Question - Article 8 - Road Maintenance

Shall the Town of Concord be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half, so-called, the amounts required to pay for the bond issued in order to fund the ‎Town’s Five-Year Road Maintenance Program‎, including, without limitation, the costs of ‎engineering, design, site preparation, construction, landscaping, paving, traffic signalization ‎improvements, and pedestrian and bicycle improvements, and all other costs incidental or related ‎thereto?

Debt Exclusion Question - Article 13 - Amenities Building

Shall the Town of Concord be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half, so-called, the amounts required to pay for the bond issued in order to fund the construction of  an amenities building with public restrooms and concessions space, including without limitation the costs of engineering, design, site preparation, excavation, subsurface materials, and construction, and all other costs incidental or related thereto, at the Concord-Carlisle High School located at 500 Walden Street, Concord, Massachusetts; and all other costs incidental or related ‎thereto?
