Dear Concord Water Customers,
While the drought level for our region has returned to normal, Concord still has a limited amount of water that we can pump from our supplies on a daily basis. Even with over an inch of rain, we have seen water demand jump from 1.5 million gallons a day to 2 million gallons a day over the last week.
Concord remains in a Level 1, Lawn Watering Restriction, which limits lawn watering to 1-day per week, on your municipal trash pick up day. To find which day you are allowed to water please visit https://concordma.gov/wateringday
As the seasonal weather shifts to warmer days with less rain we ask you that you be aware of your water use both indoors and outdoors so that we don’t have to elevate to a Level 2 – Lawn Watering Ban.
Thank you for your commitment to ensuring all Concord customers have water for their essential needs.
