Fraudulent emails claiming to offer housing assistance have been sent to residents. These emails are NOT from the Town of Concord. See the image below that identifies the fraudulent email and the suspicious links that are included.
DO NOT click links or provide personal information from these emails.

Anytime you receive an email that looks suspicious, consider the following:
- Urgent language ("Act now!")
- Generic greetings ("Dear Resident")
- Suspicious email addresses (not .gov)
- Unexpected links or attachments
- Requests for personal information
What to Do:
- Verify first - Call the organization directly
- Don't click suspicious links
- Report suspicious emails to the Concord Police Department at 978-318-3400.
Remember:
The Town will never ask for personal information via email or send urgent assistance offers without prior contact.
