The Town’s paving contractor, Lazaro Paving has completed the milling of the existing road surface on Monument Square, Walden Street and Main Street between Sudbury Road and Monument Square. All the work in these areas was originally scheduled to be completed during 8:00pm and 5:00am Sunday night through Thursday night. However, in an effort to expedite the project, the contractor has requested to pave the first of two layers of asphalt on Main Street, between Sudbury Road and Monument Square on Friday night (9/20) starting at 11:00pm. This is scheduled to take approximately 6 hours to complete. The remaining work will continue during the typical working nights (Sunday through Thursday) until complete.
