Traffic/Construction Advisory – Butternut Circle, Fox Lane, Mallard Drive, Black Duck Road, Minot Road and Mattison Drive, MacMillan Drive, Ayrshire Lane and Alford Circle– April  11, 2024

Please be advised that next week the Town’s Paving contractor, Lazaro Paving, will begin preparation work for the pavement reclamation of the streets in the Mattison Drive neighborhood and paving of the top course in the Butternut Circle/Minot Road neighborhood. This work  will consist of drainage work, installation of erosion controls, and adjustments of drainage structures within the roadway. Heavy equipment will be present and operational. However, travel impacts around work crews during the preparation work should be minimal. Additional notices will be sent out to abutting residences prior to the paving/reclamation operation commencing.  Access to properties will be maintained. However, it will be limited at times. Please anticipate minor delays entering or exiting your home via vehicle. If traveling through the area, proceed with caution. Please refrain from parking within the street limits.
