Property Value Trends and the FY 24 Valuations

The Board of Assessors will be holding a meeting on Thursday, January 18, 2024 in the Hearing Room at the Town House, 22 Monument Square and via Zoom.  You can access the Zoom link via our agenda which will be posted on the Town Website prior to the meeting.  In attendance will be Michael Tarello of Vision Government Solutions to discuss the trends in property values that are contributing to the Fiscal Year 2024 Valuations.  Everyone is welcome to attend or join us on Zoom.  Any questions please contact the Assessor’s Office at 978-318-3070 or assessing@concordma.gov.
