The artistic works of Ms. Donna Thomas, local graphic design artist, has graced the cover of the Town's Finance Committee Report for more than a decade. Unfortunately, Ms. Thomas is unable to design this years' FINCOM Report Cover. We are currently looking for any local artists who may wish to submit their artwork for this year's cover. If you have a design which you feel would be an asset to the FINCOM Report, please send your submission to Concord Finance Director, Kerry Lafleur no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, March 29, 2017.
