Concord Broadband is performing preventative maintenance on power supplies at our primary data center. This work will ensure that all of our customer-connecting equipment is powered by state-of-the-art batteries and power supplies.

Because of the redundancy built into our devices, we do not expect any impact to customers. The vendor performing the installation has strict orders to stop if they require powering off any devices. If this is the case, we will schedule a maintenance window overnight in the coming weeks. Nevertheless, we wanted to notify everyone in the event there is an unexpected impact.
