Traffic/Construction Advisory – Walden Street – August 10 & 11, 2022
Please be advised that pavement milling will occur on Wednesday, August 10th followed by repaving on Thursday, August 11th on Walden Street between Route 2 and the Lincoln town line. Work hours are 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
This work is the final restoration of Walden Street by National Grid upon their completion of an upgrade to their gas main. The work is being performed at night primarily to avoid interrupting the access and activities at the Walden Pond State Reservation.
During the construction work, two-way traffic and access to all properties will be maintained, however, please expect partial road closures, and minor delays near construction crews performing the work.
