Concord Broadband has scheduled a planned outage for Sunday, 10/31 at 5:00 AM to replace outdated backup batteries that protect the Broadband equipment from power loss/surges. The outage is expected to last about 30 minutes and affects service to all Broadband customers. While we don’t anticipate the work taking longer than 30 minutes, we will keep customers updated if this changes. We appreciate your patience during this maintenance effort.
