With Halloween right around the corner and the other holidays fast approaching, Concord Recreation wants to remind the Concord Community of some of the great themed activities coming up, see the list below

Sleepy Hollow 5K & Fun Run

Join Concord Recreation and the Beede Swim and Fitness Center at this year's Sleepy Hollow 5K & Fun Run! 5K runners will start out front of Beede and enjoy a course that takes them through out Concord. Fun Run participants will loop around CCHS on a 1/2 mile course. Check-in 30 minutes before your race and enjoy a water station, super music, pre-race stretching, and festive photos. The Beede Center will be open for tours and locker room access. 

All 5K (300 max) & Fun Run (100 max) participants who pre-register will receive a t-shirt.  The Fun Run is open to runners of all ages and abilities and will start at 9:00am.  The 5K race starts at 9:30am. Costumes are encouraged! Click here to register!

Trunk or Treat

The annual Trunk or Treat will happen on Halloween afternoon this year.  October 31st from 2:00PM until 3:30PM come on down to the Beede Center parking lot and host a trunk or come and trick or treat.  Only people hosting trunks need to register their cars.  This is a great way to safely trick or treat with your kids. Turkey Hunt 

Every Monday in November look on our Instagram or Facebook page to see a clue to finding a hidden turkey poster. Bring the poster to the Hunt Building on 90 Stow St. for real turkey for your table.  The fun starts Monday November 1st. 2021. For more information, click here!
